CLIENT SERVICES:

Provide services at the Clients’ development stages by implementing PRE AND POST OPENING HR Systems to meet clients’ individual needs. |

This would include: |
| a) Wage and Salary Surveys |
| b) Devise and implement Mass Hire Projects |
| c) Devise and Implement specific HR Forms to assist with set up of HR Department |
| d) Source and Implement HR Software System |
| • |
Create recruitment options for both clients and candidates through selection and placement techniques. |
| • |
Provide basic customer service and life skills training for professional candidates before being placed. |
| • |
Devise and Implement on going training and development programmes to address your associates’ needs. |
| • |
Advise and provide consulting services to assist the client in managing their recruitment needs |
| • |
Offer an after placement follow up programme to ensure the placement is successful. |
| • |
Work in collaboration with reputable associates to help develop your team and through our associate referral programme can recommend successful programmes at a discounted rate. |
| • |
HR consultancy / troubleshooting:
- reviewing of company HR systems to assist in the development of new systems
- assistance with improvement of challenging existing systems.

SCALE OF FEES FOR THE REFERRAL OF PERMANENT STAFF

PROfind Recruitment's fees are based on a percentage of the gross remuneration agreed for the successful applicant, for their first year of employment, and will be levied two weeks after commencement of that employment. |

For part-time, contract or consultancy positions the fee will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, with a minimum fee.. |

Recruitment Policy & Confidentiality
As a matter of policy, we establish the definite interest of a candidate prior to the submission of their papers. Maintaining the confidentiality of candidates remains of prime importance to us and no papers should be submitted to any third party without our prior approval.
