My name is Jasmin Charles and PROfind  Recruit Ltd.  was developed out of my love for working with people and because of the rewards both parties experience when they successfully meet their individual needs within the  recruitment and selection process.  This was one way I was able to assess how valuable my contribution to that process was.  This in itself was rewarding to me.

One important service provided is  basic life  and customer service skills training.   I feel this is a key component in preparing oneself  to become successful  in our  competitive environment.  I believe Training and development is on going and an investment in ones personal and professional development that is the key to success.  We work with resource persons in the community and internationally to help make these opportunities available to our clientele in order to achieve this goal.

PROfind  Recruit  provides the opportunity for me and the candidate to be part of that experience by offering this service prior to being placed with an employer of choice.

My experience in the Human Resource Development and Management field came primarily from the hotel service industry, but also with educational institutions and social  employment and development agencies in Canada,  the United States, Trinidad and St. Lucia.   This background has allowed me to be  an important part of the preopening stages of the design and implementation  of Human Resource systems and Development programmes.
